Higher education (in the field of finance or auditing or accounting)
Excellent knowledge and ability to apply business and international financial reporting standards in practice or consolidated reporting experience
Strategic thinking, result orientation, activity planning and negotiation skills, attentiveness
At least 3 years of experience in accounting, auditing or finance
Fluency in Lithuanian, good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Good working skills with MS EXCEL
We consider an advantage if you are certified by CFA or ACCA certificate and have work experience in a holding company
WHAT YOUR JOB WILL BE:
Information collection and submission to auditors, audit supervision, preparation of consolidation and process management in group companies.
Modeling of financial forecasts of the company and related group companies, assessment of additional financing needs.
Periodic analysis of actual and planned financial performance results of group companies, identification of reasons for non-compliance and proposing measures to improve results.
Analysis of profitability of business development and investment decisions.
Preparation, implementation and management of the group's transaction pricing policy.
Cooperation with other departments of the company and TMV Capital group.
Development, implementation and improvement of accounting policy.
Management of financial risks in assigned areas.
Monitoring the tax environment and its changes and implementing relevant changes in group companies.
